Know your isotretinoin pickup window
On isotretinoin, each month's prescription has to be picked up inside a short window. Miss it and you may need a new test or a wait. This free calculator shows the last day of your window, based on the published program rules.
Not medical advice. Not affiliated with iPLEDGE or any drug maker. Follow your prescriber and pharmacist; IsoWindow gives no dosing advice. Feeling low? See mood and mental health or call or text 988.
What it does
- Shows the last day of your window, for patients who can and cannot get pregnant.
- Lists the steps to finish in that window (test, questions, pickup).
- Covers the current rules and the FDA-approved changes planned for November 15, 2026.
- Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved.
